§ 1 Name, headquarters, status, financial year
 
(1) The association is called “Association for the Support of Germans from Russia - Saxony-Anhalt”. He is to be registered in the association register; After registration, the association has the suffix e. V.
(2) The association is based in Halle/Saale.
(3) The association is a nationwide, liberal-democratic, non-partisan and non-denominational organization of Germans from Russia that respects and upholds the religious principles of each individual.
(4) The association sees itself as representing the interests of Germans from Russia, without prejudice to the denominational, ideological and party-political views of the individual.
(5) The financial year is the calendar year.
 
§ 2 Non-profit status
 
(1) The association exclusively and directly pursues the non-profit and charitable purposes specified in these statutes within the meaning of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the tax code. He works selflessly and does not primarily pursue his own economic goals.
(2) The association's funds may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive any profit shares and, in their capacity as members, no other benefits from the association's funds.
(3) The members of the association have no share in the association's assets. When leaving the association or dissolving it, members are not entitled to a severance payment or the distribution of the association's assets or reimbursement of the contributions they have paid.
(4) No person may benefit from expenses that are alien to the purposes of the association or from disproportionately high remuneration.
 
§ 3 Purpose, tasks
 
(1) The purpose of the association is to represent the interests and promote the cultural, social and humanitarian concerns of Germans from Russia and their family members. The purpose of the association is:
a) to promote assistance for displaced persons, repatriates and late repatriates (Section 52 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 10 AO) b
) Homeland care and local history (Section 52 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 22 AO)
c) Promotion international spirit, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of ​​international understanding (Section 52 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 13 AO) (
2) The purpose of the statutes should be achieved in particular through the following measures:
a) Organization and implementation of measures and projects for integration the late settlers/repatriates in the Federal Republic of Germany, supporting public relations work to educate people about their historical and cultural roots, to promote the culture of remembrance of Germans from Russia and their acceptance by the majority population;
b) Realization of projects, measures and events to research, maintain and communicate the culture and history of Russian Germans, holding meetings and conferences, educational projects, exhibitions, encounters, film and media projects, competitions, publishing publications.
c) Implementation of various age-specific and cross-generational measures and projects such as
: B. Language courses, tutoring, information, advice and support services.
d) Organization and implementation of cross-border partnership projects between the organizations of Russian Germans in Germany, in their countries of origin and worldwide;
e) Support for the institutions that promote the aforementioned purposes in accordance with Section 58 No. 2 AO;
(3) The tasks and goals of the association are realized through measures and events that are aimed at Germans from Russia and the general population and are not profit-oriented.
(4) The association is committed to the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Charter of German Expellees.
